Greg Rosenberg, a principal with Rosenberg and Associates, consults on organizational development, affordable and sustainable housing, urban and rural agriculture, software development, research, web development, and all things relating to community land trusts. Greg was a founding board member of the National Community Land Trust Network and the Community Land Trust Academy and served as the first Academy Director through 2010. Prior to coming to the CLT Network, he was the executive director of the Madison Area Community Land Trust. He has taught workshops all across the U.S., focusing on community land trusts, sustainable development practices, housing for people with disabilities, and urban agriculture. He has written for Land Lines published by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Shelterforce, and was a contributor to The Community Land Trust Reader. Greg is currently conducting a Network-sponsored research project examining non-housing applications of the CLT model with an emphasis on urban agriculture.
