JUST RELEASED: The GO-TO Report on Inclusionary Housing
Last week the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy published a new report, Inclusionary Housing: Creating and Maintaining Equitable Communities by Rick Jacobus, consultant for Cornerstone Partnership. This is the go-to report for communities to strategically think through political, technical, legal, and practical considerations for inclusionary housing policies and programs to be successful.
This landmark report reviews the literature and case studies to detail how local governments are effectively adopting and implementing inclusionary housing policies by building public support, using data to inform program design, establishing reasonable expectations for developers, and ensuring long-term program quality.
The report was the product of a joint program of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the National Community Land Trust Network.
