CLT Academy Case Studies
Case studies are an excellent vehicle for teaching about key CLT concepts, while telling an interesting story along the way. The first case study of the CLT Academy is Troy Gardens, a conservation-based mixed income housing project in Madison, WI. In the winter of 2009, the CLT Academy will be offering an online course about the development process of Troy Gardens -- for more information, please contact Greg Rosenberg at greg@affordablehome.org.
In collaboration with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, the Madison Area CLT has developed a web-based archive about Troy Gardens, containing newspaper articles, legal documents, videos, marketing information -- just about anything you could want to know about Troy Gardens.
