Inclusionary Housing Sample Documents Library

These sample documents were gathered during the spring of 2014 from inclusionary housing programs that participated in a research study on inclusionary programs conducted by the National Community Land Trust Network and National Housing Conference’s Center for Housing Policy. View the corresponding working paper published by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.

NOTE: The Network or its partners have not reviewed these documents for legal durability or best practices in inclusionary housing. This collection of documents is solely meant to provide housing advocates, practitioners, and policy makers with examples used by inclusionary housing programs. Programs may have changed, modified, or updated documents since their collection. The list of documents under each program is not comprehensive.
