    Greetings, Members!

After more than a year of conversation, the participation of more than 100 people and the kind efforts of John Davis, we have a CLT Community of Practice Concept Paper! Congrats and thanks to the many, many people who shared their thoughts, hopes, fears and expectations throughout the process to help us get to this point.

I’m excited to share the the concept paper with you and to ask for your final thoughts and feedback before we send it to the Grounded Solutions Network board for their consideration. The board is charged with determining how to incorporate the values and vision expressed in the concept paper into the organization’s strategic plan and mission. From there we, the Grounded Solutions Staff, will be charged with implementation.

You can read more about the community of practice through my blog post, Introducing the (not so) New CLT Community of Practice, and most importantly, click on the PDF version of the paper and leave a comment below!

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi All,

I’m sorry for the double email! My original attachment didn’t take so I’ve added a link to the paper which should work.

John’s paper outlines the qualities and functions of what could be a very productive way for CLTs to engage with and help influence the staff and board of Grounded Solutions Network to stay grounded (pun intended) in the values and benefits of CLTs. Thanks to John, Beth and participants in the conversation!
