Catalyzing Impact Grants
CLOSED: Whether it’s preventing displacement, revitalizing areas hit hard by the housing crisis, or simply planning ahead for the next decade, housing policy is the hot-button issue for many cities and towns right now. It’s an ideal time for permanently affordable housing practitioners to influence policy to better serve those marginalized by the market. But for most already over-worked organizations, finding the time, resources and organizational capacity for this policy work can be nearly impossible.
Is there a housing or community development policy discussion in your municipality, region, or state that would benefit from the inclusion of permanently affordable housing? The Network can help you engage with such an opportunity. We will be awarding two Catalyzing Impact Grants of $20,000 each to help members engage in strategic local, regional, or state advocacy for the inclusion of permanently affordable housing in public policies or programs.
