$100,000 Available for Catholic-CLT Demonstration Project
CLOSED! With generous support from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), the National Community Land Trust Network is looking to award $100,000 in capital funds to a member organization to invest in a residential project. The project aims to demonstrate how collaborations between Catholic entities and community land trusts (CLTs) can transform the lives of low-income households.
The Network will award one grant to a new or existing Catholic-CLT partnership for direct use in a residential real estate development. In addition to the $100,000 development grant, the partnership will also:
- Receive up to $7,000 in technical assistance
- Be featured in an article summarizing the results and lessons learned from the demonstration project
- Present their project through a session at the 2015 National CLT Conference in Lexington, KY
Thank you to the Catholic Campaign for Human Development for their generous support of the Network, helping us to provide access to land and resources for people marginalized by the market.
